EUROMEDIA offers an augmented reality service that provides content enrichment by superimposing 3D objects over a real-world (people, objects, graphics, statistics etc.). Camera movements including zooming interact in real-time with any graphic element integrated in the real-world environment (in a studio or outdoors). Our solutions offer easy deployment and rapid configuration that adapts to filming demands.
EUROMEDIA is also working on Virtual Reality : the future Second Screen technique for programmes that promises improved and new immersive viewing experiences.

UHD / 4K / HDR
For increasingly enhanced image quality
EUROMEDIA masters the entire UHD production chain, from multi-camera production to delivery of UHD feeds over fiber optics, and with images that have four times better resolution than full HD.
Thanks to 4K technology, EUROMEDIA can offer viewers immersive images that give the perception of being physically present in the filmed scene. In addition to the enhanced realism of the images, a richer depth of colours, sharper images and finer details ensure that none of the action is missed out on, during live coverage.
EUROMEDIA also offers Ultra Slow-Motion in HD, in particular for sports broadcasts to show details that are normally invisible to the naked eye
EUROMEDIA works closely with its technical partners on the various HDR formats in order to offer extremely life-like images that are as close as possible to what the human eye sees.

Real time GPS tracking
SMACS(Smart Connected Sensors) an application that has been entirely designed by EUROMEDIA and developed by Hikob can give riders’ positions in a race, using real-time GPS tracking. With the help of sensors, EUROMEDIA can give precise and immediate information on the exact positions of each rider and analyse tracking data : ranking, performance, speed, times, averages etc.
This system completes the RF resources and provides content enrichment that offers viewers new experiences across all devices.

Innovative filming technology
INGATE Camera is the latest innovation from EUROMEDIA. Launched at the end of 2017, the name refers to the gates that skiers pass during skiing competitions.
For use in winter sports coverage, a mini camera and RF transmitter are placed on the gates of the course. This way, producers and viewers can get as close to the action as possible, and follow the skiers throughout the race, thanks to the fast and immersive action shots that give a real sense of speed.
This camera system was designed in-house by EUROMEDIA’s technical teams and a patent application has been filed.
