The French edition of the Ryder Cup (a first!) ended yesterday with the European victory at Le Golf National.
Broadcast by Canal+ in France, it drew an audience of more than 2 200 000 television viewers, which can be considered a huge success!
It is also a great achievement for the Euro Media Group and its subsidiaries CTV, EUROMEDIA, Broadcast RF and ACS who together, were responsible for an exceptional production on behalf of the European Tour and its national and international broadcasters. It consisted of no less than 153 cameras (28 wireless camera systems) 9 OB units including the A3 (for the opening ceremony) and the B24 (for Canal+), 6 studios, 35 cabins, 7 hubs etc.
Our English cousins, the CTV teams, deserve a special mention for their skills and expertise as well as their privileged partnership with the European Tour.
A fine performance all round!
